Say the belief you want to install or uninstall out loud.

For example: "Install the belief that I am good enough." "Uninstall the belief that I am poor."

Always start with "Install the belief that..." or "Uninstall the belief that..."

You can communicate with the intelligence of the audio in different ways, so feel free to experiment. In general, it takes 2 to 4 minutes to install or uninstall a belief. Install/Uninstall, one belief at a time.

For best results, focus on installing several beliefs related to a specific goal or topic you want to improve, rather than addressing unrelated beliefs sporadically.
